This policy explains how Benjamin Abel ("Ben Abel", "we") collects and uses your information across store.benabel.co.uk, including the Financial Victory Intensive, the Financial Victory Audit, the daily email and other products.
Information we collect
- Contact details you provide, such as your name and email address, when you book the Intensive, submit the Financial Victory Audit, join the daily email, or complete the Financial Victory Diagnostic.
- Payment information processed directly by Stripe when you purchase the Intensive or another product. We do not receive or store your full card details.
- Session content you choose to share during your Intensive, used only to prepare your written plan and follow-up.
- Basic page-view data (the page visited and referring site), collected automatically to understand which pages are useful. We do not currently use third-party advertising pixels or analytics cookies.
How we use your information
- To deliver the product or service you have purchased, including booking instructions and your written plan
- To send transactional emails, such as booking confirmations and diagnostic reminders
- To send the daily email, where you have opted in, and to let you unsubscribe at any time
- To understand overall site usage and improve our pages
Who we share it with
We use a small number of trusted service providers to operate this site:
- Stripe to process payments securely
- Resend to send transactional and daily emails
- Supabase to store form submissions, page-view data and purchase records
- Cal.com to manage session booking
We do not sell your personal information to anyone.
Cookies
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. Any data collected is limited to the information described above.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, meet legal or accounting requirements, and resolve any disputes.
Your rights
You may ask to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or unsubscribe from any email, at any time by replying to any email from Ben Abel.
