These terms govern your purchase and use of the Financial Victory Intensive and other coaching and digital products offered by Benjamin Abel ("Ben Abel", "Ben", "we") at store.benabel.co.uk. By completing checkout, you agree to these terms.

The service

The Financial Victory Intensive is a private 75-minute coaching session with Ben Abel, preceded by a Financial Victory Diagnostic and followed by a written 90-day Financial Victory Plan, a seven-day action plan, seven days of clarification support and a 30-day progress check-in, as described on the Intensive sales page at the time of purchase.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase the Intensive. By purchasing, you confirm the information you provide during checkout and the Diagnostic is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.

Capacity and availability

Only four private Intensive places are opened each month. Booking a place does not guarantee a specific date or time; available times are shown on Ben's booking calendar once you have completed checkout.

Payment

Payment is taken securely through Stripe at the time of booking. The price displayed on the Intensive sales page at the time of your purchase is the price charged. Prices may change for future purchases, including the scheduled increase from $297 to $497 on 1 August 2026.

Rescheduling and cancellation

One reschedule is permitted with at least 24 hours' notice. Missed sessions and cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are normally non-refundable, except where Ben agrees otherwise at his discretion. Refunds are otherwise governed by the Refund and Guarantee Policy.

Your responsibilities

• Complete the Financial Victory Diagnostic at least 24 hours before your session.
• Attend your session on time and be honest about your situation.
• Take responsibility for implementing, or not implementing, the plan you receive.

Confidentiality

Ben treats everything discussed during your Intensive as confidential, except where disclosure is required by law or necessary to prevent serious harm.

Intellectual property

The Financial Victory Framework, the Financial Victory Diagnostic, your written plan and all related materials remain the intellectual property of Benjamin Abel. Your written plan is provided for your personal, non-commercial use.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ben Abel's liability arising from the Intensive or any related product is limited to the amount you paid. Ben Abel is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of income, profit or investment value, arising from decisions made using guidance received.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
